All consultations are delivered by Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) credentialed by Dietitians Australia. Services are provided in line with the Dietitians Australia Code of Conduct.

We offer telehealth consultations only. Please note that telehealth services may have limitations, and where appropriate, you may be referred to another health professional for additional care.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about your medical history, current health concerns, and medications to enable safe and effective care.

3. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise communicated.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
