What to Expect
An initial telehealth consultation usually takes 45–60 minutes. During this time, we gather a detailed history to provide personalised advice tailored to your child’s unique needs.
Please prepare for your appointment (if available):
Recent medical investigations (e.g. skin prick tests, blood tests)
Relevant medical history and medications
Your child’s growth history and most recent measurements
Referral from your GP, Paediatrician, Allergist/Immunologist, Gastroenterologist (preferred but not required)
Following your consultation, we will work together to create a practical and family-centred nutrition plan. This plan considers your child’s growth, nutrition requirements, food allergies, medical needs, preferences, and family lifestyle.
If appropriate, a letter summarising the assessment and treatment plan will be sent to your referring GP or specialist to ensure coordinated care.
