She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Senior Dietitian with the Allergy/Immunology Service at Flinders Medical Centre (South Australia) and an active member of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA). Laura has presented at national conferences on food allergy management and has dedicated her career to helping Australian families — including those in regional and remote areas — navigate food allergies with confidence.
